074. PERFECT PRINTS: JOSH GOOT S/S 2012/13

Prints are the trend which is very hard for me to cotton to. Usually they seem to be kitsch or beated because at last they show up in designers' collections evert year ("Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking.") Since brilliant prints in Givenchy collection for last winter nothing has caught my attention as these showed by Josh Goot (yep, again australian fashion). Designer superbly put colorful floral patterns on his outfits giving them fresh look but still keeping accustomed for himself minimalistic style. For me, it came out perfectly.

Printy są trendem do którego bardzo ciężko mi się przekonać. Często wydają mi się kiczowate lub oklepane bo koniec końców pojawiają się w kolekcjach projektantów co roku ("Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking"). Od czasów genialnych printów Givenchy z kolekcji na ubiegłą zimę nic nie przykuło mojej uwagi tak jak te u Josha Goota (tak, znów australijska moda). Projektant świetnie umieścił kolorowe kwiatowe wzory na swoich strojach nadając im świeżości zachowując jednocześnie charekterystyczny dla siebie minimalistyczny styl. Jak dla mnie wyszło idealnie.

003. KRZYSZTOF STRÓŻYNA/LOVE&TRADE

We wtorek w warszawskim butiku Love&Trade odbyła się prezentacja kolekcji Krzysztofa Stróżyny - "Love Me Always" połączona ze spotkaniem z projektantem. Trochę ciasno, trochę tłoczno ale kolekcja całkowicie nas zachwyciła. Zuzanna pokochała dzinsową kurtkę, a ja printy na t-shirtach. Jako, że Krzysztof Stróżyna wraz z tym eventem dołączył do grona projektantów Love&Trade, można było podziwiać również projekty innych polskich marek dostępnych w butiku. Skórzane kołnierze to wciąż nasz must have!

This tuseday in Warsaw boutique Love&Trade, there was a presentation of new Krzysztof Stróżyna's collection - "Love Me Always", connected with a meeting with designer. A little bit too crowded a little bit too cramped but the collection was acctually ravishing. Zuzanna totally fancied jeans jacket and I fell in love with those t-shirt prints. By this event K
